Six employees injured in fall from bridge under construction
Investigation abstract
At approximately 8:45 a.m. on August 5, 1988, Employees #1 through #6 were worki ng on a new bridge. While they were pouring concrete, a portion of the bridge co llapsed. They fell approximately 21 feet to the ground.
