AN EMPLOYEE WAS PUSHING A LOAD OF PLYWOOD DOWN A ROLLER CONVEYOR. HE SLIPPED; AN D, AS HE FELL, HIS LEFT ARM CONTACTED ENERGIZED PARTS WITHIN AN ELECTRICAL BOX F OR A 480-VOLT CIRCUIT BREAKER. THE EMPLOYEE WAS ELECTROCUTED.
