EMPLOYEES #1 AND #2 WERE WORKING IN A OPEN TRENCH, LAYING 6 INCH PIPE. THE TRENC H WAS NOT SHORED OR SLOPED. THE SIDE WALL COLLAPSED, BURYING BOTH EMPLOYEES. THE Y WERE KILLED.
