EMPLOYEE #1 WAS WORKING 50 FEET ABOVE GROUND DURING A BUILDING DEMOLITION. WHILE DROPPING A SECTION OF ROOF, HE FELL AND WAS KILLED. HE DID NOT HAVE HIS SAFETY BELT TIED OFF.
