Investigation abstract

EMPLOYEE #1 CLIMBED ONTO THE CHIP JAW OF AN AUTOMATIC LATHE. WHILE HE WAS CHANGI NG THE CUTTING TOOL TIPS THE PRODUCT HANDLING ROBOT MOVED. HE WAS CRUSHED AGAINS T THE HEAD STOCK OF THE LATHE.
