EMPLOYEE #1 WAS WELDING. HE STOOD UP AND SAID TO HIS NEPHEW, "THIS IS IT". AN AU TOPSY WAS PERFORMED ON THE CONJECTURE THAT HE HAD BEEN ELECTROCUTED. THE PATHOLO GIST STATED THAT EMPLOYEE #1 DIED OF VENTRICULAR FIBRILLATION, DUE TO HYPERTENSI VE CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE.
