Investigation abstract

EMPLOYEE #1 WAS OPERATING A RUBBER-TIRED PAVEMENT ROLLER TOO CLOSE TO THE EDGE O F THE FILL. THE ROLLER OVERTURNED, PINNING THE EMPLOYEE AGAINST THE GROUND AND C RUSHING HIM TO DEATH.
