EMPLOYEE #1 WAS ATTEMPTING TO CLOSE A VALVE ON AN AIR COMPRESSOR WHEN AN ELBOW P IPE RUPTURED. THE EMPLOYEE WAS HOSPITALIZED FOR EXPOSURE TO AMMONIA FUMES.
