Investigation abstract
THE FILTER HOUSING IN A NITROGEN CIRCUIT WHICH PROVIDED SEAL GAS TO A TURBOEXPAN DER RUPTURED WHILE EMPLOYEE #1 WAS PRESSURIZING THE SYSTEM. EMPLOYEE #1 SUFFERED FATAL INJURIES WHEN HE WAS STRUCK BY FRAGMENTS FROM THE CYLINDRICAL HOUSING.
