EMPLOYEE #1 WAS FILLING LIQUID PROPANE GAS CYLINDERS FOR INDUSTRIAL TRUCKS WHILE EMPLOYEE #2 LOOKED ON. SOMEHOW, PROPANE ESCAPED FROM THE CYLINDERS AND WAS IGNI TED. BOTH EMPLOYEE #1 AND #2 WERE BURNED.
