Employee killed when run over by Ditch Witch
Investigation abstract
Employee #1, a Ditch Witch operator and construction crew foreman, was run over by the Ditch Witch he was operating. The left rear tire of the machine stopped o n the middle of his back, leaving him unable to breathe. Employee #1 died the ev ening of January 25, 1989.
