EMPLOYEE #1, A DUMP TRUCK OPERATOR, WAS AT THE WINDSOR LANDFILL. HE SOMEHOW WAS CAUGHT AND CRUSHED BETWEEN THE DESCENDING DUMP BED AND THE TRUCK FRAME.
