CONSTRUCTION EMPLOYEE KILLED BY COLLAPSING BRICK WALL

Investigation abstract

EMPLOYEE #1 WAS WORKING IN A SHALLOW TRENCH ALONGSIDE A BRICK WALL. THE WALL SUD DENLY COLLAPSED ONTO HIM. HE DIED OF A CRUSHED CHEST.
