Employees struck by cinderblocks when wind collapses wall
Investigation abstract
Employees #1 and #2 were working 20 to 30 feet below a 10 foot high by 21 foot l ong cinderblock parapet wall. High winds ranging between 40 and 50 mph winds cau sed the wall to fail. Employees #1 and #2 were struck by material from the falli ng wall; both were hospitalized.
