Employee struck and killed when lodged tree fell
Investigation abstract
Employee #1 was using a chain saw to cut down trees. He had just cut a tree that had a lodged tree in it and was starting in on another tree when the lodged tre e apparently fell on top of him. Employee #1 was killed.
