EMPLOYEE #1 WALKED INTO THE PATH OF A FULLY LOADED BELLY DUMPER THAT WAS BACKING UP. HE WAS KILLED WHEN THE RIGHT REAR TIRE OF THE BELLY DUMPER STRUCK HIM.
