AN EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING FROM AN AERIAL LIFT, TRIMMING TREES NEAR A 13-KILOVOLT O VERHEAD POWER LINE. THE EMPLOYEE CONTACTED THE LINE WITH HIS RIGHT SHOULDER WHIL E HE WAS ALSO IN CONTACT WITH THE TREE. THE EMPLOYEE WAS ELECTROCUTED.
