Event description

Employee killed in fall from window

Investigation abstract

Employee #1 was attempting to gain access to a locked dormitory room. He climbed out through the window of an adjacent room, planning to climb in through the wi ndow of the locked room and then open the door from inside. When he was trying t o climb from one window to another, he lost his balance or grip and fell four fl oors, approximately 30 feet, to the ground. Employee #1 died of a massive head i njury.
