AN EMPLOYEE WAS WIRING A WALK-IN REFRIGERATOR. THE EMPLOYEE REPORTEDLY DID FOLLO W "NORMAL" SAFETY PROCEDURES FOR CONNECTING A 480-VOLT CIRCUIT. HE WAS ELECTROCU TED WHEN HE CONTACTED ENERGIZED PARTS OF THE CIRCUIT.
