Event description
Employee dies after being struck by falling tree
Investigation abstract
Employee #1 was felling trees. No one witnessed the accident but it is supposed that Employee #1 felled a tree that had two to three other trees lodged in it. A pparently one of the lodged trees, or the tree that he was felling, struck him a nd knocked him face down into a creek but did not pin him. Employee #1 died of h is injuries three days later in the hospital.
