Investigation abstract

A HOUSE WAS BEING MOVED BY A HOUSE MOVING CONTRACTOR. AN EMPLOYEE ON THE ROOF OF THE HOUSE WAS ELECTROCUTED WHEN HE CONTACTED AN OVERHEAD POWER LINE.
