CONSTRUCTION EMPLOYEE KILLED IN FALL THROUGH SKYLIGHT

Investigation abstract

EMPLOYEE #1 WAS WALKING ON THE 1/3 SLOPED ROOF OF A ONE STORY RESIDENTIAL HOME. HE STEPPED INTO AN UNCOVERED SKYLIGHT AND FELL 17 FEET PAST THE HIP TRUSSES TO A CONCRETE SLAB. HE STRUCK HIS HEAD AND WAS KILLED.
