ELECTRIC SHOCK - CONTACT WITH ENERGIZED CONDUCTOR
Investigation abstract
AN ELECTRICIAN WORKING FOR AN ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR WAS INSTALLING LIGHTS. AS HE WAS STRIPPING INSULATION FROM A CONDUCTOR, HE WAS ELECTROCUTED. HE HAD FAILED T O TEST THE CIRCUIT TO DETERMINE WHETHER OR NOT IT WAS ENERGIZED. POOR LIGHTING A LSO CONTRIBUTED TO THE ACCIDENT.
