Investigation abstract
EMPLOYEE #1 WAS SERVICING BARRICADE LIGHTS ON AN EXITWAY. HE STEPPED IN FRONT OF A VEHICLE TRAVELLING APPROXIMATELY 40 - 45 MILES PER HOUR. HE WAS CARRIED ABOUT 65 FEET ON THE VEHICLE'S HOOD BEFORE FALLING TO THE PAVEMENT. HE DIED FIVE DAYS LATER IN THE HOSPITAL.
