EMPLOYEE DIED OF A HEART ATTACK

Investigation abstract

ON THE BUS ON THE WAY TO WORK, EMPLOYEE #1 HAD COMPLAINED TO ONE OF HIS FELLOW W ORKERS THAT HE WAS HAVING CHEST PAINS. HE TOOK SOME NYTROGLYCERIN. HE CAME TO WO RK, GOT ON HIS CAT. (1980 C MODEL), AND COLLAPSED AT THE CONTROLS. NO ONE ELSE W AS HURT AS THE CAT JUST STOOD STILL. POLICE WERE CALLED IN AS SOON AS IT HAPPENE D. HE HAD A HISTORY OF HEART DISEASE AND UNDERWENT OPEN HEART SURGERY IN 1987. H E WAS LOADING BAGASS INTO THE CONVEYOR AT THE TIME OF HIS DEATH (APPROXIMATELY 4 PM, USING THE CATERPILLAR'S FRONT END LOADER. LARGE AMOUNTS OF COCAINE WERE FOU ND IN HIS POSSESSION, BUT NONE IN HIS BODY, ACCORDING TO THE PALM BEACH MEDICAL EXAMINER.
