EMPLOYEE #1 WAS PREPARING A MAGNESIUM NITRATE SOLUTION. HE APPARENTLY ADDED NITR IC ACID TO THE MAGNESIUM OXIDE AND WATER SOLUTION PREMATURELY. THE MIXTURE ERUPT ED, BURNING THE EMPLOYEE. HE DIED.
