EMPLOYEE #1 WAS ABOUT 25 FEET OFF THE GROUND, PAINTING A WAREHOUSE WALL, WHEN HE LOST HIS BALANCE AND FELL TO THE GROUND. HE WAS TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL, WHERE HE DIED TWO DAYS LATER.
