Investigation abstract

EMPLOYEE #1 WAS DISCUSSING A LODGED TREE WITH THE FOREMAN. THE TREE, WHICH WAS T HOUGHT TO BE FIRMLY LODGED, BROKE LOOSE. A LIMB OF THE FALLING TREE STRUCK EMPLO YEE #1, KILLING HIM.
