Investigation abstract
A LINEMAN WAS WORKING WITH TWO APPRENTICE LINEMEN INSTALLING TWO NEW UTILITY POL ES. AS THEY RAISED ONE OF THE POLES FROM THE TRAILER WITH A DIGGER DERRICK, CONT ACT WAS MADE WITH A 7620-VOLT OVERHEAD POWER LINE. THE LINEMAN WAS ELECTROCUTED.
