AN EMPLOYEE WAS ATTEMPTING TO CLOSE A SWITCH IN AN UNDERGROUND TRANSFORMER VAULT . HE TOUCHED A 7200-VOLT FUSE WITH HIS BARE HAND AND WAS ELECTROCUTED.
