Employee killed in fall from storage rack
Investigation abstract
Employee #1 had climbed onto the deck of a boat on a storage rack to adjust the keel boards in the rack above so that another boat could be stored there. Employ ee #1 slipped off the deck and fell to the floor. He was killed.
