FALLING TREE BUTT STRUCK EMPLOYEE IN HEAD

Investigation abstract

ON APRIL 15, 1986, AT APPROXIMATELY 8:15 AM, EMPLOYEE #1 WAS FELLING A TREE. AS THE TREE FELL, IT SNAGGED IN AN ADJACENT DEAD TREE, BREAKING IT OFF AT THE TWENT Y FOOT HEIGHT. THE FALLING BUTT END OF THE DEAD TREE STRUCK EMPLOYEE #1 ON THE L EFT SIDE OF THE HEAD, KILLING HIM.
