ALTHOUGH THERE WERE NO WITNESSES TO THE ACCIDENT, IT IS ASSUMED THAT EMPLOYEE #1 ENTERED THE GRAIN BIN AND SUFFOCATED WHEN HE SANK INTO THE GRAIN AND WAS BURIED .
