ON MARCH 12, 1986, AT APPROXIMATELY 3:35 PM, EMPLOYEE #1 WAS TOPPING A PINE TREE . A LODGED TREE FELL AND STRUCK EMPLOYEE #1 ON THE HEAD. HIS SKULL WAS CRUSHED.
