FELL FROM TOP OF EGG COOLER

Investigation abstract

EMPLOYEE #1 WAS WORKING WITH ANOTHER EMPLOYEE ON A SATURDAY. HE APPARENTLY WAS C URIOUS ABOUT SOME CONSTRUCTION WORK WHICH WAS UNDERWAY ON TOP OF AN EGG COOLER. THE EMPLOYEE CLIMBED UP TO THE TOP OF THE COOLER. HE BEGAN LOOKING AROUND AND AN D FOR SOME REASON FELL OFF. HE WAS KILLED.
