Investigation abstract

EMPLOYEE #1 WAS USING AN OXY-ACETYLENE CUTTING TORCH TO DISSASSEMBLE A SHIP'S CR ANE INTO SCRAP METAL SALVAGE. SUDDENLY A LARGE PIECE OF THE CRANE FELL, STRIKING THE EMPLOYEE. HE RECEIVED A FATAL CRUSHING INJURY.
