EMPLOYEE COLLAPSES AT WORK AND DIES
Investigation abstract
Employee #1 was sitting at an inspection table when she fell to the floor and ro lled over on her back. Employee #1 did not strike anything during her fall. Empl oyee #1 was taken to the hospital on March 4, 1986, and placed in intensive care . Employee #1 was removed to surgery on March 21, 1986, where she died.
