THE INVESTIGATION AND A CONVERSATION WITH THE CORONER WHO PERFORMED THE AUTOPSY REVEALED THAT THE EMPLOYEE DIED OF A MASSIVE CORONARY ATTACK (HEART ATTACK). HIS DEATH WAS NOT RELATED TO HIS EMPLOYMENT.
