EMPLOYEE DIED FROM EXPOSURE TO TOXIC CHEMICALS

Investigation abstract

An employee conducting housekeeping operations was using trichloroethylene and t aking Tylenol (acetaminophen). He died due to liver failure resulting from the T ylenol, possibly from the combined effects with trichloroethylene.
