Investigation abstract
AN EMPLOYEE WAS FINISHING CONCRETE WITH A BULL FLOAT. WHEN THE JOB WAS COMPLETED , THE EMPLOYEE CARRIED THE BULL FLOAT AWAY FROM THE AREA. THE FLOAT CONTACTED AN OVERHEAD POWER LINE, AND THE EMPLOYEE WAS ELECTROCUTED.
