Employee injured in trench cave-in
Investigation abstract
Employee #1 was working in a trench that was not properly cut back or protected from cave-ins or ground movement. Soil under the frost line gave way on one wall , covering the employee to just above the waist. Employee #1 was rescued and suf fered only minor injuries.
