EMPLOYEE FALLS FROM LADDER DURING FATAL HEART SEIZURE
Investigation abstract
An employee with atherosclerotic heart disease was working on a ladder. He had a heart seizure, which caused him to fall from the ladder onto a concrete floor. Although the employee sustained severe closed head injuries, he died from the he art seizure.
