EMPLOYEE #1, A GENERAL CONTRACTOR WORKER, WAS CHECKING GRADE FOR STEEL COLUMN IN STALLATION WHEN ANOTHER EMPLOYEE UNBOLTED A NEARBY COLUMN FROM ITS BASE. THE NOW -UNSECURED COLUMN FELL OVER AND STRUCK EMPLOYEE #1, KILLING HIM.
