EMPLOYEE FELL THROUGH SKYLIGHT INTO EMPTY SWIMMING POOL

Investigation abstract

EMPLOYEE #1, WHO WAS MOPPING TAR ON A ROOF ABOVE AN EMPTY SWIMMING POOL, BACKED UP INTO A SKYLIGHT OPENING. HE FELL THROUGH THE OPENING 22 FEET DOWN TO THE BOTT OM OF THE EMPTY POOL. HE WAS KILLED.
