Event description

Employee killed in fall through skylight

Investigation abstract

Employee #1 was on break. He rested himself on his elbows, propping them on a "b ubble type" skylight. The skylight fractured and he fell 16 ft through the openi ng into a dry pool. Employee #1 was killed.
