EMPLOYEE #1 WAS OPERATING A HIGH CLEARANCE PIECE OF FIELD EQUIPMENT USED FOR DET ASSELING CORN PLANTS AT A SEED CORN PRODUCTION OPERATION. THE MACHINE ROLLED OVE R SIDEWAYS ON SLOPING GROUND, PINNING THE OPERATOR AGAINST THE GROUND. HE WAS KI LLED. EFFECTIVE TRAINING IS HINDERED TO TO A LACK OF INFORMATION ABOUT THIS HAZA RD.
