AT APPROXIMATELY 12:15 PM ON FEBRUARY 27, 1987, EMPLOYEE #1, A TRUCK DRIVER, WAS OPENING THE BACK DOOR TO HIS TRUCK. HE SUDDENLY FELL THREE FEET BACKWARDS AND D IED OF A HEART ATTACK.
