AN EMPLOYEE WAS USING A TRUCK-MOUNTED BOOM TO UNLOAD CONCRETE BLOCKS. THE BOOM C ONTACTED AN OVERHEAD POWER LINE, AND THE EMPLOYEE WAS ELECTROCUTED.
