EMPLOYEE FOUND DEAD IN PLANT OF APPARENT NATURAL CAUSES
Investigation abstract
EMPLOYEE #1, A MAINTENANCE WORKER AND PART-TIME SUPERVISOR, WAS FOUND DEAD IN TH E WASHROOM OF THE PLANT AT APPROXIMATELY 9 AM ON OCTOBER 21, 1986. DEATH APPEARS TO BE OF NATURAL CAUSES. THE EMPLOYEE HAD A HISTORY OF MEDICAL PROBLEMS AND WAS UNDER A DOCTOR'S CARE. HE TOOK SEVERAL PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS. THIS COMPANY ( A PLATING OPERATION) USES NO CHEMICALS. EMPLOYEE #1 HAD NOT VISITED THE PLATING SHOP FOR AT LEAST 10 DAYS. NO AUTOPSY IS PLANNED.
