Employee killed when struck by forklift truck in aisle
Investigation abstract
Employee #1 stepped from between tall core racks into an aisle where forklift tr ucks were operating. It was not known why Employee #1 was in that area. The fork lift operator stated that Employee #1 stepped out from between the racks and was struck before he could stop. Employee #1 was killed.
